Wedding Consulting and Planning
This event consulting package includes 4 planning sessions as well as day of coordination.
We will assist you with all aspects of your wedding including:
- Selecting a style or theme
- Creating a budget
- Referring appropriate vendors for all aspects of the wedding
- Review contracts from selected vendors
- Meet with and assist coordinating details with venue and caterer
- Contact all vendors to discuss responsibilities and expectations
- Design setup of the venue for the ceremony and reception
- Create and orchestrate timeline of wedding day
- On site for entire event
- Facilitate rehearsal and ceremony
- Manage all wedding day activities
Full Service Wedding Planning
This event consulting package includes unlimited planning sessions as well as day of coordination.
We will assist you with all aspects of your wedding including:
- Guide you through ideas of style, theme and tone for wedding
- Creating and managing budget
- Referring appropriate vendors for all aspects of the wedding
- Negotiate and review contracts from selected vendors
- Participate in menu tasting and selection
- Meet with, manage and coordinate details with all vendors
- Design setup of the venue for the ceremony and reception
- On site with an assistant for entire event
- Facilitate rehearsal and ceremony
- Create and orchestrate timeline of wedding day
